Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $2,500, paid in installments as follows: $500 after 30 days of employment, $1,000 after 90 days of employment, and $1,000 after 6 months of employment. - Plan, supervise, and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early literacy, language development, math concepts, motor skills, and social-emotional growth
- Create a classroom culture that nurtures each child’s individuality while promoting curiosity, independence, and confidence
- Provide a structured yet playful environment through hands-on learning and purposeful play
- Collaborate with fellow early childhood educators and school leadership to ensure alignment with program goals and best practices
- Maintain regular, positive communication with parents and guardians through daily reports, classroom updates, and conferences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, licensing regulations, and developmental standards
- Educational background with 12 semesters or 18 quarter early childhood education units shall include courses that cover the general areas of early child development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum, or a bachelor’s degree in child development
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching experience with young students is preferred
