Join Our Team at Huston CDJR! We’re looking for a friendly, professional receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Avon Park dealership. Work for one of the most reputable auto groups in the area and enjoy a positive, team-oriented environment.   This is a full time position with benefits.

HOURS:

Weekdays (4) : 8:30am-5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answers a multi-line phone system, routes calls, and takes messages
• Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, providing basic information and striving to minimize the time they are put on hold
• Greets showroom guests in a hospitable manner and determines the nature of their visit
• Directs guests to the correct department / notifies the appropriate employee that a guest is waiting
• Exhibits ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
• Maintains safe and clean reception area
• Performs other job related duties as assigned

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior receptionist/phone bank experience required
• Bilingual a plus (English & Spanish) 
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exhibits a confident and professional phone manner
• Ability to handle heavy phone volume
• Professional appearance and demeanor. Attire is Business Casual
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
