We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregiver with experience supporting individuals with special needs. The ideal candidate will provide personalized care, promote independence, and ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental, physical, or intellectual disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Implement individualized care plans and follow guidance from supervisors, healthcare providers..
• Support clients in community outings, recreational activities, and social engagement.
• Administer medications as directed (if trained and authorized).
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition, behavior, or needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Encourage independence, skill development, and positive behavior.
• Communicate effectively with family members, supervisors, and other members of the care team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs (developmental, physical, or intellectual disabilities).
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of behavior support strategies and adaptive care techniques.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client needs).

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling options, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Work may take place in the client’s home, community settings, or during outings
