We are seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst with a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management Operations to join a long-term initiative with a leading global financial institution. Requirements and Qualifications:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on product vision, requirements, and delivery.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Asset & Wealth Management operations, processes, and systems.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Support operational readiness, including training, documentation, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and operational policies within the asset management domain.
• 5-10 years of combined experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst, preferably within Asset & Wealth Management or broader financial services.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, trade lifecycle, client onboarding, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements and actionable delivery plans.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and working with distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
