Overview
A restaurant corporation is seeking a Part-Time Project Manager who is well versed in hardware and software deployments. This role supports multiple program initiatives involving rolling out new software and hardware to franchises across the US and Canada. The Project Manager should be highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. On-site in Irvine, CA is required once per week, with a maximum of 20 hours per week. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware and software deployment projects across franchise locations in the US and Canada. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver program initiatives on time and within scope. Adapt to shifting priorities and maintain clear communications with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; escalate as needed to keep initiatives on track.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. Experience overseeing hardware and software deployment projects across large enterprises. Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Projects, and Monday.com for project tracking. Strong interpersonal skills and high adaptability. Bachelor's degree; experience working in the QSR/restaurant industry.
