Civil Engineer - Municipal Projects

Responsibilities: Lead municipal infrastructure projects from initial design to final inspection. Craft detailed plans, specifications, reports, budgets, and schedules to bring projects to life. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants during design and construction meetings. Oversee construction progress with on-site observations to ensure quality and compliance. Ensure projects remain on trackon time, within scope, and on budgetwhile maintaining meticulous documentation. Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving. Integrate the latest industry trends and technologies into your work. Essential Skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or active progress toward licensure in South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in civil engineering software and Microsoft Office tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment. Self-motivated, coachable, and determined with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Capacity to quickly adapt to shifting priorities. Work Environment: This role is in-person, working in a dynamic and expanding company environment in Sioux Falls. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
