Position Title: PowerBI / PowerApp Engineer Location: Plano, TX Expected Duration of Project: 10+ Months Contract position with good chances of extension.

Where You Will Make an Impact

Power Platform/Power BI Solution Developer's responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Design, build, and maintain solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. Develop and integrate solutions using scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python to extend the functionality of Power Platform tools. Develop custom applications, dashboards, and automated workflows to address business needs. Ensure all solutions are built for scalability, security, and ease of use. Design of data models and implementation of data visualization, dashboards, and reporting tools, using Power BI to deliver actionable insights. Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and build dashboards that support data-driven decision-making. Regularly update and improve data models, ensuring accurate and relevant data is available for reporting. Connect Power BI to various data sources to ensure seamless data integration. Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and lists. Create responsive interfaces and enhance the user experience for Power Apps and SharePoint, leveraging front-end frameworks. Collaborate with teams to document workflows, design process improvements, and train users on new automated solutions.
