Data Analyst Opportunity In Honolulu

We are working with a local bank in Hawaii to find a Data Analyst with experience in Tableau who wants to become more technical for a hybrid position based in Honolulu. Candidates must be located in Hawaii to be considered. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in data integration, dashboard development, and business intelligence, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Join and manipulate data from multiple sources (relational databases, big data platforms like Hadoop, Hive, Splunk). Develop and deliver operational metrics, reports, and executive dashboards using Tableau, SSRS, ServiceNow, Performance Analytics, ThoughtSpot, etc. Gather requirements from management and subject matter experts to deliver effective solutions. Build interactive reports and custom dashboards, including 'one-click' actions and calculated metrics. Apply data science skills (R, Python, SQL) to develop advanced solutions and actionable insights. Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, exposing areas for improvement and the impact of financial investments. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to create value and efficiency. Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and large data sets in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and business intelligence tools. Familiarity with R, Python, and statistical computing packages. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience with AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and big data platforms is a plus! Experience with large, data-driven projects and data modeling is a plus. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
