Vice President / Senior Vice President, Business Development Anchor Health Properties is seeking a Vice President / Senior Vice President, Business Development to join our team. Location option includes Southwest, Texas, or Florida.

The Opportunity The ideal candidate will strengthen client relationships, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence in healthcare real estate. This role requires a dynamic leader with a track record of originating and closing complex investments, deep market knowledge, and the ability to align business development with broader corporate strategy. Consideration for Senior Vice President title may be given based on experience and demonstrated success. The position is based in the Southwest, Texas, or Florida. Compensation: minimum base salary of $200,000 per year, plus participation in a key incentive bonus plan. Final compensation will be determined by experience, qualifications, and location. How You’ll ContributeBusiness Development & Market Growth
Partner with the business development team to advance the firm’s growth strategy across the Sun Belt, with the role based in one of three priority markets: Southwest, Texas, or Florida. Oversee business development efforts across assigned markets, identify opportunities for growth, and develop relationships with healthcare clients to generate new business for the firm’s service lines. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new opportunities through market research, networking, and existing relationships. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and identify untapped opportunities to maximize growth. Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and track progress against goals. Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients and partners. Negotiate and close new investments and engagements aligned with the firm’s values and objectives. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to enhance market presence. Provide market insights to inform strategic planning and collaborate with marketing on campaigns and materials. Assist in preparing opportunities for the Investment Committee with clear, transparent communication. Transaction Leadership
Serve as the primary business lead on new investment opportunities, including acquisitions, development, and structured finance opportunities. Oversee document execution with the transactions team (Development Agreements, Leases, Purchase and Sale Agreements, etc.). Partner with the execution team during pre-development and ensure seamless project transitions. Support project teams to ensure successful delivery and maintain client relationships through the project lifecycle. What You Bring
Alignment with Anchor’s core values and strong client relationship experience. Knowledge of real estate development, acquisitions, leasing, and/or healthcare real estate; private equity or investment banking experience is a plus. Proven track record of building executive-level relationships and closing investments in the $20M–$50M+ range. Strategic vision with the ability to deliver near-term results; excellent communication and presentation skills. Collaborative leadership style and adaptability in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Willingness to travel extensively across the covered territory. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred. 7+ years of success in business development, strategic partnerships, or executive leadership across commercial real estate, healthcare, private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
