We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Terminal Project Manager located in Richmond, VA.

Lead and manage the project team in the design, procurement, construction, delivery, and handover of the project to achieve desired business outcomes. Foster a culture of world-class health, safety, and environmental standards across the project and its contractors. Identify and mitigate risks that may affect project delivery or airport operations. Deliver projects to defined cost, schedule, and quality requirements and ensure Airport Operational Readiness planning and activities are in place for handover to operations or Commercial Departments. Familiarity with FAA, TSA and CBP regulations at U.S. Airports. Develop and mentor the project team; set standards, manage, motivate, and coach staff. Recognize talent and support development of high-potential individuals. Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory obligations, standards, code requirements, and planning permissions. Manage and positively influence key internal and external stakeholders associated with the project(s). Lead the Lessons/Data-driven process across all projects and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications

Required Education Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management or management of Airport Terminals Minimum 5 years of leading teams of at least 10 professionals Previous experience managing Airport Terminal Projects Experience leading infrastructure projects in a live operational environment Experience managing multiple, interfacing, concurrent projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to meet complex, potentially conflicting stakeholder requirements Knowledge and understanding of contract administration and negotiations Knowledge and understanding of airport environment necessary Preferred Certifications/Licenses Professional Certification or License, PE, PMP, GC, AIA, etc. Preferred Qualifications Active worksite terminal experience preferably on Large Aviation Terminals Master’s degree in business administration, Construction, Management, Planning, or Design Salary & Benefits

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000/yr Bonus: A discretionary bonus may be granted based on individual performance, utilization, attendance, tenure, and other non-financial corporate goals.
