Overview The Motion Control Systems ("MCS") Division of AMC is seeking a Senior Director of Global Operations. Reporting to the VP/GM of the Division, this growth-focused leader will lead operations across 5 plants located in the United States, Mexico, Czech Republic, and China, and be a key member of the division leadership team.

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Operations to oversee and optimize our global operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale operations, driving efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Effective Problem Solving Lead the Division operations team to deliver on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly, quarterly, and annually. Set and achieve short and long-term SQDCG and financial objectives by implementing a strategic vision that is broken into actionable strategies and tactics. Coach and develop a leadership team. Ensure accountability and enable the predictability of outcomes for each plant. Determine root causes and implement countermeasures to support improvement. Lead and drive the Regal Rexnord Business System, including 80/20, lean principles, and Continuous Improvement. Decompose a strategic vision into actionable strategies and tactics that cascade to every manufacturing facility. Establish and sustain strong plant-floor visual KPIs, daily management, a GEMBA culture, and robust problem-solving methodologies. P&L Leadership - Business Partner Work with the leadership team to develop and communicate a future vision for the business. Partner with the VP/GM and leadership team on overall strategy, support Policy Deployment X-matrix, and drive PD initiatives aligned to operations with urgency and a high say/do. Synthesize action plans, timelines, and budgets for projects/goals and adjust plans to respond to changing business demands. Talent Management Develop a high-performing team by engaging, coaching, and developing team members; drive accountability and ownership at all levels. Build a team with top talent and a continuous improvement mindset. Advocate for top talent with strong succession planning and promote diversity, engagement, and inclusion across the organization. Professional Experience / Qualifications

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field 10+ years manufacturing operations experience, including plant management in a best-in-class environment Proven experience applying CI tools: 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, Flow, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Problem Solving Strong operational and financial acumen, executive presence, and ability to lead multiple locations Critical thinking to identify problems and potential solutions Demonstrates Regal Rexnord values: Integrity, Responsibility, Diversity, Engagement & Inclusion, Customer Success, Innovation with Purpose, Continuous Improvement, Performance, Passion to Win, and Sense of Urgency Willingness to travel at least 30% (domestic and international) as required Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (MS Engineering, MBA, etc.) Multi-site management experience Global management experience General management experience Restrictions imposed by federal export control laws may limit this job opportunity to candidates who are a "U.S. Person" as defined by law. Expected salary: $200,000 - $230,000 annually + incentives. The salary range is intended to reflect base pay across locations and is dependent on factors such as work location, experience, and internal compensation comparisons.
