Business Development Manager
for a global HVAC manufacturer specializing in energy-efficient and sustainable solutions for the growing data center cooling (DCC) market. This company plays a vital role in the AI revolution, supporting some of the worlds largest hyperscalers. Youll manage a strategic global account, foster deep-rooted relationships, and help shape the future of cooling in high-demand, mission-critical environments. The Role
We seek a commercially driven and technically credible HVAC professional to manage and grow one of our client's most valuable hyperscale accounts. Your primary focus will be account development, with some time dedicated to identifying and securing new enterprise customers. Youll guide clients through complex solution sales, system design, and specification strategies. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at hyperscale and enterprise accounts Identify value drivers, influencers, and project pipelines within client organizations Expand market share using a top-down enterprise sales strategy Influence specs and design for HVAC/DCC systems Create and manage strategic account plans with clear milestones and goals Collaborate with application engineering teams to educate clients on new technologies Represent the brand at industry events to generate leads and reinforce market presence Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC or data center cooling systems Deep understanding of hyperscale customer needs and expectations Proven ability to build multi-layered relationships within an enterprise account Strong initiative and drive with a hunter mentality Technical acumen and ability to lead high-level customer discussions Success in solution-based, B2B sales environments Existing network within the North American data center ecosystem is highly desirable Why Join?
