Role Summary Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Project Manager to provide operational leadership within the development team. This role will entail assessing and collaboratively working within the development team to develop and implement a framework for efficient project execution, tracking and reporting. A qualified candidate will adeptly track multiple development projects in Rowans Development Portfolio and work across functional teams to ensure all milestones and dependencies are tracked and reported to leadership and other project stakeholders on a routine basis. In addition to this role, the Project Manager may be involved in other development activities as necessary including project evaluations, due diligence review, agency consultations, environmental permitting, entitlements, budgeting and project coordination alongside the project teams. The Project Manager is a critical part of the team, working closely with the project teams, leadership, and other internal teams to ensure efficient execution of Rowans Development Projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multi-disciplinary programs and capital intensive projects, preferably in the data center, energy, or real estate industry. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong project management skills, comfort with ambiguity, comfort with having direct conversations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. $130-$165K (Offers Bonus) Essential Responsibilities Regularly communicate with Rowan leadership to set programmatic priorities across the Development Portfolio

Leading and driving the success of the Development Project Management Team to ensure high standards of project execution across the development portfolio

Coordinate across Rowans functional departments including engineering, energy, water, economic development, legal and finance, to ensure collaboration, project execution and project transitions take place in support of Rowans goals and project execution schedules

Ensure that the PM teams weekly activities and priorities are in support of Rowans strategic project execution priorities

Continuously assess the development teams work streams (tracking, reporting, meetings, etc.) and work within the team to improve them

Lead development projects as needed alongside a director and project manager

Work with Origination and Development Directors to coordinate project activities including land diligence, entitlements and permits, environmental analyses and other pre-closing activities with internal and external partners

Perform regular project audits and work with the project teams to ensure project documentation, setup, tracking, vendor contracts, change orders, and reporting is conducted consistently and in accordance with Rowans Development standard practices

In coordination with Project Directors and subject matter experts, prepare project handoff documentation for partner teams such as Business Development, Site Development, Engineering and Construction and Asset Management

Support the growth and scalability of Rowan by helping establish good project diligence and reporting practices and improving processes and systems as we scale

Mentors and coaches Project Managers in support of Rowans growth and execution goals

Education, Skills, and Experience Bachelors degree in a related field (business, engineering, construction management, real estate) and at least 5 years of experience with project and program management

Experience in collaborating with and motivating teams to perform

Experience managing multiple projects/responsibilities simultaneously

Experience in schedule and budget management

Experience working with project management software (MS Project, Airtable, Procore)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong organizational and project management skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and training

Experience with land use/environmental/permitting/site diligence/pre-development civil planning
