Principal Responsibilities: The primary point of contact for customers and develop a trusted advisor relationship
Responsible for handling project operations for client accounts and ensuring the team meets the account requirements and specifications Work with customers to identify possible enhancements to help meet customer goals Identify opportunities to expand product footprint in customer environments Coordinate stakeholder involvement as necessary across organizations Onboard new customers and maintain related processes Understand contracts and support all associated contractual obligations Manage all required internal and external reporting Forecast and track key account metrics Coordinate with Business Development and Contracting for new contracts and contract renewals Work with Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Programmers to develop and approve technical requirements Provide product demonstrations and trainings Understand project budget and manage to profitability Work with customers to set expectations for delivery dates Ability to travel to customer sites for product demos, meetings, and trainings as needed Required Skills/Experience:
1-3 years of experience with any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position Ability to organize and prioritize Ability to successfully work independently Superior communication skills particularly in what can be highly challenging situations Flexible attitude and strong desire to learn. Ability to create and build relationships Excellent listening and negotiating skills Good organizational and time management skills Ability to successfully accomplish projects and tasks without clear lines of authority Ability to coordinate resources and relationships outside of direct line of responsibility Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously Polished presentation skills A strong operator, capable of driving delivery excellence and operational efficiency A meticulous attention to detail, especially around coordinating multiple resources and tracking metrics Sound professional judgment Preferred Experience:
Experience working within a software development team Understanding of government-funded (Federal, State, Local) Behavioral Health programs Knowledge of process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and evaluation processes Demonstrated ability to balance goals of the organization with goals of the customer Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment
