$100k - $120k This company has a strong foundation with 3 regional locations and private equity backing. They are currently expanding into the Southern States. You will be a key player in helping them expand from $50m to $500m, with opportunities to progress to

Operation Director level . You will manage nationwide commercial roofing projects ranging from $400k - $3m by leading a team of on-site Superintendents from the branch headquarters, which entails minimal travel. Ideal candidates are driven team players eager to improve themselves and contribute to building a great company. Their vision is to foster outstanding careers and provide world-class service. In 9 years, they have grown to $50m in sales with 80+ employees and opened offices in Miami, FL, and Santa Monica, CA. Partnered with Private Equity, they aim to expand nationwide and surpass $500m in revenue within 5 years through acquisitions and greenfield projects. You are joining at the ground floor of this growth. Their projects include nationwide contracts with private clients and Fortune 500 companies like Walmart and Sam's Club, with project values from $50k to $11m. The work portfolio comprises 70% re-roofing, 20% new construction, and 10% service, installing various commercial roof systems including TPO, PVC, BUR, metal wall panels, and facades.
