Project Manager who brings government contracting expertise
to oversee complex infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements:
3-5 years of
project management experience
in
government, civil, construction, or telecommunications
industries. Proven success in
navigating government contracts, compliance, and reporting requirements . Ability to manage
multiple concurrent projects
and lead teams effectively. Experience overseeing
3 or more projects
simultaneously. Skilled in
internal and external resource scheduling . Track record of conducting
performance reviews and career development planning
for team members. One of the following PMI certifications:
CAPM, PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, or PMI-SP. Familiarity with
public-sector procurement, federal/state regulations, and compliance audits. Responsibilities:
Lead government and public-sector telecommunications projects from kickoff through closeout. Collaborate with customers, foremen, and subcontractors to plan, organize, and direct activities for all project phases. Ensure
contract compliance, regulatory alignment, and timely reporting
for all government-funded projects. Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within the scope of contract specifications. Manage all project activities, including: Pre-construction & utility coordination Material procurement & logistics Construction management Government-mandated closeout documentation
Prepare and submit detailed
budget estimates, progress reports, and cost-tracking documentation . Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, agencies, and internal teams. Mentor and develop project team members while driving succession planning. Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$80,000 - $120,000 + Performance Bonus
