Construction Role

Provide planning and scheduling support to the client-led Commissioning & Start-Up (CSU) team. This role ensures commissioning activities are accurately represented, integrated with engineering/construction schedules, and aligned with turnover priorities. Advisory only; scheduling direction flows through client CSU leadership. Develop and maintain the integrated CSU schedule in alignment with client requirements. Track commissioning progress, system handovers, and turnover readiness. Identify and report schedule risks, interfaces, and resource constraints. Support client planners with progress measurement and forecasting. Align commissioning sequences with RFO/CSO milestones and operational readiness. Coordinate input from EPC, vendors, and subcontractors for schedule updates. Advisory scheduling role only. No authority over client staff, contractors, or execution decisions. Client: CSU Planning Lead, Area Commissioning Leads. EPC: Commissioning Coordinators, Engineers, Document Controllers. Vendors/Subcontractors: Input for scheduling (via client). 15+ years in project controls, with significant LNG/oil & gas commissioning scheduling experience. Expert user of Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools. Strong understanding of commissioning sequences, SIMOPS, and turnover logic. Demonstrated ability to integrate construction and commissioning schedules. Accurate and up-to-date CSU schedule reflecting progress and priorities. Early identification of schedule risks and bottlenecks. Clear alignment of commissioning activities with turnover milestones.
