The contractor shall also provide documentation in Adobe's portable document format, as required. Documents include program plans, status reports, and technical documentation in accordance with the program data management plan.Responsibilities and DutiesAttend peer review meetings, collect input from participants, incorporate changes into program documents such as design documentation, white papers, engineering analysis, technical research papers and performance charts.Qualifications and SkillsRequired knowledge and years of experienceAt least three (3) years' experience with US Navy Command, C4I systems architecture, installation, integration, and testing. At least three (3) years' experience with Fleet and Shore Modernization process stakeholders and organizational relationships. At least three (3) years' experience to generate, edit, proof, and distribute technical documentation (IDP, BESEP). At least three (3) years' experience with creating new or modify existing documents, processes, workflows, System Operational Verification Test (SOVT) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet Program requirements and process improvement initiatives. At least three (3) years' experience with reviewing and developing technical correspondence, reports, documents, drawings, Base Electronic Systems Engineering Plans (BESEP) and/or analyses. At least twelve (12) months' experience with reviewing and developing technical correspondence, reports, documents, drawings, and/or analyses. At least three (3) years' experience supporting peer review meetings, collect input from participants, and incorporate the changes to program documents such as design documentation, white papers, engineering analysis, technical research papers, and performance charts, as required. At least twelve (12) months' experience with exercising critical thinking and independent judgment dealing with urgency factors, changing priorities, and constraints in successful project execution.
