JOB SUMMARY
Provide overall administrative support to assigned sales representatives. Perform various duties including billing, generating work orders, preparing quotes, general office duties, and client service.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Prepare and send quotes to customer and prospects •Generate work orders once job confirmation and specifications are received from customers •Attend daily production meeting •Update client files, work orders, quotes, and credit information •Manage new account files •Maintain samples and update printing specifications •Process customer's request for assistance in a professional manner •Resolve client issues to the complete satisfaction of the customer •Answer phones and provide helpful feedback on work orders or quotes •Serve as liaison for the clients and production staff
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of administrative support for sales staff. Multi-task oriented with 2+year's experience as a CSR or other industry related experience. Minimum High School education required.
Preferred Skills •Ability to work in a muti-task environment •Knowledge of effective customer service skills •Strong client service background with the ability to work with a wide range of customers. •Proficient in office software and applicable equipment.
