Inventory Control Coordinator , youll be the gatekeeper of our inventory systemsensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability across raw materials and finished goods. Youll lead month-end inventory processes and support receiving and inspection activities that keep our plant running smoothly. The role operates on day shift hours and compensation begins at $24.50 hourly. Responsibilities
Perform daily plant walk-throughs to monitor inventory levels (packaged goods, materials, finished goods) Conduct daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy Run and report month-end inventory metrics Maintain and update inventory databases Receive raw materials and verify against packing slips; accurately code goods to proper accounts Provide backup support for supplying materials to production lines and other departments Demonstrate Milgards Core Values in all business interactions Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE Qualifications
12 years of experience in inventory/materials handling in a manufacturing setting Associates degree preferred Familiarity with database software Strong math skills, including basic algebra and geometry Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted Self-management and multitasking skills Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit About Us and Benefits
