SAP S/4HANA Workforce Management Solution Architect
Insight Global is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Workforce Management Solution Architect to support a major Utilities client in their multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role is focused on Workforce Management modules including SuccessFactors EC Payroll. The ideal candidate will serve as a techno-functional liaison between the business and implementation teams, helping shape realistic and effective solutions without direct configuration or integration responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating operational needs into feasible SAP S/4HANA solutions. Provide deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules, especially SAP Warehouse Management and SuccessFactors EC Payroll. Collaborate with business units to define realistic solution expectations and ensure alignment with SAP capabilities. Interface with client teams to guide decision-making and validate solution designs. Support the program team by bridging functional and technical perspectives, ensuring business goals are met. Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution validation activities. Offer insights into Utilities industry best practices and how they align with SAP S/4HANA functionality.
