ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst with Security Clearance

Blu Omega is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to join a team supporting Department of Defense (DoD) financial modernization efforts. As part of a cross-functional delivery team, youll act as the bridge between stakeholders and developerstranslating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring solutions meet mission objectives. Location : Remote An Active Secret Clearance is Required Responsibilities: Support scrum activities and Agile ceremonies Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations Collaborate with developers to assess feasibility of requested solutions Translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications Develop test plans to validate successful delivery Contribute to user documentation including User Guides and SOPs Qualifications: 5 years of related experience with the ServiceNow IRM module Strong communication and facilitation skills Active Secret Clearance U.S. Citizenship required Bachelor's Degree Nice to Have: Experience with risk and control frameworks Familiarity with the GAO Green Book and OMB A-123 Internal Control Program Background in guiding cross-functional teams within Agile environments Salary Range: $95,000K - $115,000K Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance What Blu Omega Can Offer You: Competitive benefits including Health Insurance, 401K w/ match, Paid Time Off and more.
