As a Territory Manager (TM) on Boston Scientific's Endoscopy Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) team, you'll play a vital role in advancing innovative solutions that enhance patient care and elevate procedural efficiency. In this field-based role, you'll drive sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team. This ASC TM will support Washington D.C., Maryland, and Delaware. Your responsibilities will include: Cultivate and enhance relationships with key Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), including Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and Administrators. Promote devices, services, and business programs through regular customer visits, product in-servicing, and procedural observation. Collaborate with Sales Management to evaluate business conditions and trends. Partner with Marketing to develop and introduce new business opportunities in the ASC market. Participate in professional education activities and field training workshops. Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company vision and priorities. Demonstrate clinical excellence in GI disease states through education, case coverage, and sales activities. Build and maintain strategic, sustainable relationships with accounts. Stay current on company products, services, programs, and competitive landscape. Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers. Comply with all regulations, corporate policies, and quality standards. Prioritize patient safety and product quality in all activities. Actively participate in training conferences and sales meetings. Share best practices across local, regional, and divisional teams. Manage expense and promotional budgets within guidelines. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and customer interactions. Adhere to Travel & Expense, AdvaMed, and Integrity policies in all sales activities. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2+ years of relevant business experience Minimum of 1.5+ years of direct sales experience Ability to travel 40% Documented sales success, falling within the top 10% performance in critical competencies Experience working in a fast-paced, complex work environment Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree Ability to exhibit strong clinical acumen with the desire to stay current on new products, programs, and competitive knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience within the industry Sales management experience is highly preferred
