Enterprise Federal Healthcare System Interoperability Objectives

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee delivery of enterprise Federal healthcare system interoperability objectives including Health Information Exchanges, external clinical data synchronization services, public health reporting, regulatory and myriad other data sharing and exchange initiatives. 2. Provide oversight and guidance for multiple teams across multiple Oracle organizations. Teams include consultants, developers, engineers, operations, support, contracting, operational excellence, communications, reporting, etc. 3. Interact with, communicate and gain mutual understanding with team members at all levels of the org chart from developer to senior executive. 4. Operate with extreme clarity and/or when the requirements are ambiguous. 5. Understand schedule, risk and issue management. 6. Interact with software specifications, designs, data mapping, etc. 7. Translate business requests into functional and technical requirements. 8. Distill complex activities into simple forms of written, visual and verbal communication for all levels of stakeholders including internal and external end users. Top Skills or Competencies: 1. Project management (including SDLC & PMLC) 2. Issue and risk management 3. Business analysis 4. Functional requirements development 5. Data modeling, mapping and/or analysis (physical and logical) 6. Interface development, configuration or management 7. Software development (any type such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) 8. Technical documentation (diagrams, data flows, workflows, etc.) 9. Database queries (e.g. SQL, Spark, etc.) 10. Application architecture and design Education, Certifications, or Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent 2. Experience in enterprise software deployment 3. Healthcare IS/IT role 4. Experience with Millennium applications and data model Desired Experience: 1. Regulatory experience (Promoting Interoperability, HTI, TEFCA, etc.) 2. Technical requirements development experience 3. Contract or requirements management experience 4. Millennium 'core' build experience 5. Millennium interface development 6. Millennium configuration experience with build tools (e.g. Bedrock) 7. HL7 interface and API experience (including FHIR, v3, etc.) 8. Cloud software experience (e.g. Orion Cloud Services) 9. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
