The Lead Human Resources Technology Analyst demonstrates expertise in providing support to the Human Resources (HR) technology portfolio including functional maintenance of existing applications and new projects. Will play a vital role in supporting HCM business processes by leveraging their expertise in related HR technologies. The primary objective of this role will be to ensure the efficient operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to meet the needs of our employees and the business. This position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Workday (specifically) and experience with other Human Resources functions (i.e. Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, Compensation etc.) This role will also serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and subject matter expert ensuring operational effectiveness, data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, as well as, serves as an HR technology liaison to Information Technology (IT), Center of Experts (COEs), Human Resources Strategic Partners (HRSPs) and Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS). Overseeing the HRIS, including configuration, implementation, upgrades, and maintenance, to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Lead day-to-day support while serving as a resource for issues related to HR systems by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues. Provide ownership of highly complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of intangibles or situations with minimal precedent. Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, Supply chain, Payroll, and other departments to align HRIS with organizational goals and ensure data integrity and technical guidance of new technologies and techniques. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure results meet the business objectives. Analyzing HR processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and automation, and implementing solutions of new HR applications and integrations to meet changing enterprise needs. Anticipate and assess data gathering, documentation, data validation, and testing be delegated to staff as appropriate. Ensure compliance with corporate data administration, security standards, HR policies, and procedures while providing recommendations when revisions are required. Mentoring the team with learning opportunities as well as providing guidance and support for cases, process improvement, and system maintenance, ensuring milestones are met. Provide orientation and training for staff on system processes and procedures. Will serve as a technical advisor to management. Work with leadership to support the development of department strategies and operational objectives. Encourage support of staff with department objectives and strategies for specialized and designated technologies. Excellent analytical skills. Apply advanced knowledge, skill and practice, and perform using both an in-depth and broad perspective as needed. Frequently taking full ownership of difficult assignments. Excel in providing strong attention to detail. Demonstrate strong customer service skills. Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Strong communication skills. Operate in ambiguous situations and provide innovative process, technical, and functional guidance to others. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to maintain objectivity under pressure. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or related discipline. Master's degree is preferred. Five years of experience in implementing and supporting technology systems with experience in human resources and learning systems preferred. Additionally, experience in standardizing and optimizing business processes within HR systems, establishing ownership. Experience with advanced reporting, HR related functions, and security also helpful. Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred. Benefits
