Position Summary
This position provides administrative support to the Director of the Arts Leadership and Business program and the B.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts degree.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer emails and respond to general inquiries on the program Create and disseminate informational materials Liaison between instructors and students Assist instructors with preparation of course materials Help with coordination of student internships Event planning Other administrative duties as needed create marketing and promotional materials content creation and management of ALBS and BAIA social media accounts Minimum Qualifications

Familiarity with Fine Arts Experience with Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Graphic design basics Self-motivated, punctual
