The Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager, Digital Transformation with expertise in Salesforce and a proven track record of driving successful technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope in an Agile environment.
Work You'll Do
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Salesforce development teams to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for digital transformation initiatives
Oversee Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and adhere to best practices
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong communication with cross-functional teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project progress
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions meet business needs
Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure quality assurance through thorough testing and validation
Provide leadership and guidance on digital transformation strategies, driving innovation and process improvement across the organization
Create detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on digital transformation and Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom configurations
Demonstrated expertise in managing Agile projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder communication
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience); PMP, CSM, or Salesforce certifications are a plus
Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Preferred Requirements
Based in Chicago, IL, and flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed

The estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000-$150,000. In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, majority employer-paid benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Please note that this range is a guideline and individual total compensation may vary due to numerous factors including but not limited to experience level, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
