HDR is seeking a Data Center Senior Project Architect to work on projects across various sectors, focusing on technology and data center projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams, clients, and contractors across the United States. Your responsibilities will include: Mastering technical design concepts, design management skills, digital technologies, and design workflows for Data Centers and other Technical Facilities. Leading owner/client and internal meetings and participating in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance. Managing the architecture team and undertaking design activities and the production of detailed documents required for construction. Reviewing architectural documents for conflicts with other disciplines. Performing QA/QC and cross-discipline technical reviews. Writing and editing architectural specifications. Coordinating and assisting with addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders. Incorporating changes into project documents. Providing construction observation and contract administration as needed. Conducting work sessions at project sites with Client Representatives, Project Managers, and other disciplines. Performing other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in design and documentation of Data Centers. Graphic presentation skills with knowledge of Blue Beam PDF editor. LEED Accreditation and interest in sustainable design. 10 years of experience in similar project typologies. Preference for local candidates. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience. Registered Architect. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related tools. Experience in preparing architectural contract documents and specifications. Strong knowledge of codes and planning skills.
