As a Principal Systems Engineer on the Warfighter Support Team, you will be part of a small, dynamic team performing technical and support tasks related to Missile Defense System sensors. This role involves supporting warfighter communities, including education, wargames, exercises, radar analysis, and operational support, primarily at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO. Remote and hybrid work are not options. Significant domestic and international travel is expected. Key Responsibilities: Support warfighter organizations and education efforts. Oversee and participate in wargames and exercises, including planning and technical meetings. Contribute to the Missile Defense System community and support real-world warfighter needs. Analyze radar data and support operational activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field with 8+ years of experience. Radar experience in Missile Defense Systems. Active, transferable U.S. government security clearance (Secret). Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in STEM. Experience traveling domestically and internationally. Knowledge of MDA elements, missile defense, radar analysis, and military experience. What We Offer:
