Nurse Assistant Training Program (NATP). Reporting to the RN Program Director, the instructor provides orientation, training, and support at the school and clinical sites. Responsibilities

Recruit and enroll students for classes Ensure compliance with CDPH CCR Title 22 Implement classroom and clinical instruction according to approved curriculum Prepare and deliver classroom and clinical training Assess and address students' instructional needs Conduct classroom and clinical activities as per program requirements Maintain high standards of teaching and academic advising Complete student records promptly Identify educational needs in collaboration with RNPD Manage attendance, quizzes, and grading Monitor student performance and report issues Ensure students meet clinical site requirements Supervise students during clinical training, providing immediate oversight Evaluate student performance and record grades Prepare students for state competency exams Deliver courses consistent with course design and policies Provide supervision in RNPD's absence Attend site orientations and liaise with clinical sites Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications

Valid RN license and DSD certificate, meeting CCR Title 22 requirements Minimum two years of full-time nursing experience, including at least one year in a long-term care setting Previous teaching experience in nursing or related fields Excellent communication and organizational skills Approval by CDPH to teach NATP classes Working Conditions

Part-time, non-exempt position with compensation based on experience and education Work performed in school, clinical, and office settings Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Sufficient visual/hearing ability and physical capacity to perform duties Provision of safety training and benefits including health, retirement, paid leave
