Sr. Solutions Architect
to join our
Enterprise Technology Systems (ETS) Architecture & Development
team. About the Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and mentor a team of IT developers and other architects, leveraging enterprise systems and integration technologies. Your main responsibilities include collaborating with management to evaluate business needs, defining technical requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions. Expertise in platforms such as HRIS (e.g., Workday), ERP (e.g., Oracle, CMIC), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Cosential) is required. You will also design, build, and support integrations between enterprise systems using tools like Boomi or custom development, execute proof of concept work, lead complex implementations, and manage the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to refine initiatives impacting enterprise platforms and assess solution tradeoffs. Define, evaluate, and communicate technical approaches and associated risks. Create and implement technical solutions involving HRIS, ERP, CRM, and integration technologies. Maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams. Conduct proof of concept testing for new technologies. Oversee complex system integrations for performance and scalability. Ensure solutions comply with security standards. Organize training sessions to enhance team expertise. Set coding standards and conduct code reviews. Guide and support IT developers working with relevant platforms and tools. Communicate with stakeholders, present solutions, and manage project risks.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 10+ years in IT, with at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect. 7+ years experience with ERP systems like Oracle or MS Dynamics. 5+ years experience with relational databases. 3+ years hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, including implementation and integration. Proven leadership or mentorship experience for at least 5 years. 3+ years experience with integration platforms such as Jitterbit, Boomi, or Workato. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, including Azure Functions. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience building containerized solutions. Strong documentation and data security knowledge. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to stay updated with industry trends.
Desired Qualifications
Understanding of finance processes in ERP systems. Certifications like Workday Certified Integration Developer, Oracle Certified Professional, or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect. Knowledge of data governance principles. Experience in the construction industry or similar field.
Work Conditions
Prolonged sitting and/or standing at a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Occasional domestic travel may be required. Hybrid work model with some in-office attendance required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges vary by location, with Colorado offering $124,362 - $234,511, and California, Washington, D.C. offering $136,798 - $255,830. The anticipated starting pay range is $124,362 - $213,192. DPR offers comprehensive health and wellness benefits. About DPR Construction
