We are seeking an experienced
SAP Lead – ME/MII
to join our client’s SAP Center of Excellence (COE) supporting their high-volume supply chain operation within the automotive sector. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll provide both
functional and technical expertise
to enhance and support the SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) and Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) modules. As part of a major digital transformation initiative completed in 2022, you'll play a key role in sustaining and optimizing the SAP ME/MII environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including FICO, Material Management, Variant Configuration, Order to Cash, and PTM. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of strategic technical architecture and solution design initiatives that directly impact manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design:
Lead the architecture, design, and support of SAP ME/MII solutions. Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and translate manufacturing needs into technical specifications. SAP ME Configuration:
Configure modules such as production orders, work centers, routing, and data collection with seamless shop floor integration. ERP Integration:
Ensure accurate, real-time data flow between SAP ME/MII and SAP ERP through MEINT and related interfaces. Reporting & Analytics:
Deliver actionable insights through reports and analytics based on manufacturing data. Training & Support:
Provide end-user training, documentation, and continuous support for SAP ME/MII tools. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field. 10+ years
of SAP architecture experience with deep knowledge of SAP ME & MII. Hands-on expertise in
SAP MEINT
and ERP integration. Proven track record of delivering technical enterprise solutions in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage and deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Seniority level
