Provide operations support for Enterprise LAN, Security, Data Center, and Campus Network platforms across North America. Install, configure, and support network equipment including Switches & Routers using DNAC. Configure and support Cisco ACI with spine-leaf switches, APIC, and APIC-EM controller, Nexus switches. Deeply understand network orchestration and automation using Cisco ACI, SDA, DNAC, with ISE integration. Procure network equipment and manage subcontractors involved in installations. Configure routing and switching to optimize network efficiency and security. Supervise or perform site installs, maintenance, upgrades, or software enhancements. Act as a point of escalation for operational issues. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance. Investigate network faults and resolve incidents/problems/changes. Update network equipment firmware. Collaborate with customers, infrastructure teams, and vendors like Cisco. Report network status to stakeholders. Essential Skills

Strong knowledge of Switching technologies: STP, Trunking, EtherChannel, HSRP, VRRP, LACP, PaGP. Experience with Cisco models: 6500/6900, Nexus 7K/5K/2K, VPC, FEX, VDC, VSS, Catalyst series. Understanding of IP addressing and VLSM. Experience with Cisco ACI, SDA, DNAC, Data Center Networking, and Cloud Solutions. Familiarity with Monitoring and Alerting Tools: Cisco DNAC, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, PagerDuty, Nagios, Thousand Eyes. CCNA Certification (Routing & Switching) or higher. Expertise in LAN switching, high availability, and network design. Hands-on experience with load balancing: LACP, PaGP. Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers. Experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ASR, ISR routers. Design, deployment, troubleshooting of VSS, VDC, VPC, OTV, FabricPath, FCoE, multi-tenancy. Deep understanding of IP protocols, routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), and MPLS. Strong troubleshooting skills for network hardware and configurations. Please submit resumes in PDF.
