Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our client's Customer Service team. This role supports customers with order management, product inquiries, and returns while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 25 inbound calls per day and manage email inquiries
• Enter and update customer orders accurately in the system
• Track and trace order status and follow up with customers
• Process returns and coordinate with internal departments
• Communicate with vendors for RMAs and create repair orders as needed
• Maintain turnaround times for repairs, vendor invoices, and expedited requests
• Document and communicate any quality-related improvements
• Utilize internal systems, including AS400 (experience is a plus)

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, high-touch environment
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AS400 is highly desirable
• Other: Ability to manage metrics-driven environments and maintain strong attention to detail
