Administrative Assistant Opportunity
Selectek has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to lend their expertise to a growing and transitioning engineering firm. The position will require someone to help in a variety of areas. Experience with accounting (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable) as well as bookkeeping will be important. The role will also help with general office duties such as answering phones and helping to coordinate general office work. In addition, they will act as an assistant to the engineering team helping with filing, document organization, and coordinating incoming and outgoing engineering documents.
Required:
- 3+ years of administrative support
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills
- A can-do attitude to help in a variety of areas
Sponsorship: No, candidates must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
Pay range: $23/hour - $25/hour
Term of assignment: 6+ month contract, but there is the possibility that it could go contract to direct; right now, long term contract
Pay method when direct: Salary, No OT pay
Location of job: Alpharetta, GA 30005
Hours and shift: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
