Location: Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Appleton, Sheboygan, Neenah

What You'll Bring:

• A valid driver's license and auto insurance
• A clean driving record
• Access to email and a mobile smart device
• Respect for client confidentiality and ethics
• Prior home care experience (preferred, but not required)

What You'll Do:

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Providing transportation
• Companionship and personal care (e.g., bathing, toileting)
• Following a care plan and maintaining professional communication
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Details:

• Job Type: Part-time/Full-time (2040 hours/week)
• Schedule: Day shifts, Mid shifts, 4-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
