Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and developing various creative materials for promotions, advertisements, national campaigns and various marketing mediums. Using the Brand Book as a reference, they are responsible for working directly with members of the Creative and Marketing teams to implement brand standard collateral while working at a highly efficient pace. This Associate will interact with his or her supervisor several times a week to receive guidance and feedback. The position will also touch brand extension creative needs in addition to the Topgolf venue needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement concepts and visual direction from Senior Graphic Designer: Contribute to creative strategy on all Topgolf brand-related projects (20%)
- Hands-on design of marketing materials: including brochures, website banners, presentations, ads, professional announcements and other custom projects as requested (40%)
- Capable of maintaining asset libraries, creative archives, etc (10%)
- Ensure timely, accurate completion of necessary creative tasks - Marketing, Operations, Food & Beverage, IT, Strategic Partnerships, and Communications (30%)
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Bachelor of Fine Arts in "Communication Design" and/or "Graphic Design" is desired(Required)
- 2+ Years of creative experience in the Graphic Design field is required (Required)
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
- Experience working with Figma
- Strong knowledge/experience in Corporate Branding, Typography, Print & Web Design
- Comfortable creating or editing short-form copy to support visual direction
- Copywriting experience
- Strong knowledge/experience in Apparel, Packaging & Environmental Design
- Photography, Motion Graphics capabilities strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, people and communication skills / Extremely organized and detailed
- Capable of managing multiple projects / programs simultaneously and efficiently
