Compensation

• Hourly rate: $21.00-$25.00, based on experience
• Incentives: $13.00-$30.00 per hour average, based on productivity
• Estimated pay: $34.00-$55.00 per hour (effective rate)
• Overtime and additional earning opportunities available

Responsibilities

Work as a team to perform front-end mechanical repairs, including but not limited to alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and repairing/replacing components such as water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, and radiators.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of professional mechanical experience working in automotive repair.
• Energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Effective communication with team members to address mechanical issues and make recommendations.
• Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and endure crouching, bending, and turning.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
