Call Center Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This onsite role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for assisting others. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls, providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining accurate records in our systems.

Call Center Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests related to products or services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain customer information in various databases.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time (AHT), quality assurance (QA) scores, and schedule adherence.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Great opportunity for commission

Call Center Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual is preferred
