Duties and Responsibilities Manage inbound customer communications(calls and emails) usingstandardized response workflowsto ensure prompt, consistent, and professional service delivery. Enter and update customer orderswith a focus on accuracyandeliminating rework or duplicationin the ordering system. Provide order status updates and shipping informationthrough established communication protocols, reducing customer response. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRMwith error-proofing practices to andreduce defects in reportingor follow-up. Process high-volume EDI ordersacross multiple platforms while ensuring adherence to standardized operating procedures thatpromote process stabilityand partner adherence. Support account management and sales teamsby providing administrative coordination andsupport for value-added activities. Monitor the full order lifecyclewith a continuous improvement mindset,proactively identifyingroot causes of delays or discrepancies. Participate in theprocess improvement initiatives(e.g., root-cause analysis, standard work development, ISO 9001 quality initiatives) toincreaseorder accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications
Clear verbal and written communication skills Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment Proficient computer skills including MS Office and CRM software Excellent telephone sales and service skills Highly organized and efficient and excellent time management skills Energetic with a self-starter mentality Education and Qualifications
High school diploma required Degree from a 2 or 4-year accredited university preferred Inside sales experience preferred Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00
