Travel Surgical Tech/ORT - Certified Surgical Technologist/CST

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 3 years of ORT experience and DaVinci robotic skills for an operating room position requiring on-call coverage.Job Details•Hospital operating room setting with 6 beds and a 1:1 patient ratio,•Handles general surgery, spine, orthopedics, ENT, OB/GYN, urology, oral surgery, and podiatry cases,•Primary on-call cases include C-sections, appendectomies, and orthopedic surgeries,•Uses DaVinci robotic surgical equipment,•Schedule is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, strictly 5 shifts of 8 hours each week,•On-call required every 4th weekend and up to 2 times during the week,•During on-call, candidates must be located within 15 minutes of the facility,Job Requirements•Minimum of 3 years' experience as an ORT,•At least 1 year of travel experience, renewals preferred,•CST required unless grandfathered in,•BLS certification required,•DaVinci robot experience required,•License required if applicable,•Cannot have been previously employed at this facility as staff,Additional Information•Primary responsibility is assisting with a wide range of surgical procedures, including robotic and emergency cases,•Most on-call cases involve C-sections, appendectomies, and ortho surgeries,•COVID vaccination is highly recommended but not required at this time,•Previous staff members are not eligible for consideration as travelers for this position,],•hash,:•2836231927922112865,
