Daily shift hours are from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The department includes three MRI scanners from Siemens. Most frequent exams performed are MRI brain with perfusion, MRI brain with and without contrast, MRI abdomen with and without contrast, MRI brain without contrast, and MRI knee without contrast. The role involves prepping MRI patients. Experience with X-Ray is preferred but not required. Weekend shifts are not required. No on-call duties are associated with this position. Holidays will be required only if necessary to fulfill contracted weekly hours. Candidates should have experience performing MRI procedures on adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Daily caseload is approximately 20 patients per scanner. Interdisciplinary support is available within the department. Candidates must complete fingerprinting as soon as a contract is signed.
