Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC installation projects and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Collaborate with installations team to plan and execute complex systems involving Mitsubishi heat pumps, zoning, and lineset installation.

Maintain safety and codes compliance on all projects.

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential)

Expertise in Mitsubishi heat pumps, zoning, and lineset installation

HVAC certification required

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Valid CA driver’s license (clean record)
