to lead AI-driven enterprise solutions and drive business growth through innovation and strategic execution. Job Title:
Vice President - AI Practice Location:
Chicago, IL - Hybrid (2-3x per week). Candidates must be local to Chicago-metro area and comfortable working onsite to be considered. Must be a US Citizen or Green card Holder to be considered. No sponsorship can be provided at this time. Responsibilities
15+ years in software architecture, cloud computing, and AI/ML-driven solutions Deep technical expertise across AI technologies (ML, Agentic AI, RAG, MLOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture) Lead and scale the AI Practice by developing standardized methodologies, frameworks, and best practices Define AI strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise business goals Advise C-level executives on AI adoption, cloud transformation, and scalable enterprise architectures Conceptualize and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Value (POVs) to demonstrate AI solution benefits Lead pre-sales engagements, respond to RFPs, and deliver compelling client presentations Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams Establish governance, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise-wide AI and architecture strategy Nice To Have Skills
Experience publishing thought leadership (whitepapers, industry presentations, marketing narratives) Strong understanding of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations Experience designing secure, scalable, and cost-optimized AI/data solutions History of team mentorship and leadership in high-growth consulting environments Compensation
Base salary of $180,000-215,000 annually (Based on performance) Performance-based stock options and bonus Benefits And Perks
