Our client, a global leader in financial technology, is seeking Java Developers to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire position with the clear intent to convert to full-time. The ideal candidates will be strong in full stack development, cloud-native platforms, and microservices while thriving in a collaborative, Agile environment.

What's the Job?
Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications for large-scale enterprise technology platforms. Build microservices in Java and front-end solutions using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular. Work with messaging tools (Kafka) and develop database objects in Oracle and cloud-native databases. Implement open-source frameworks such as Spring Boot, POI, Activiti, and Drools. Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes in cloud environments. Collaborate in Agile teams to design, test, and deliver resilient, secure, and scalable solutions. Contribute to continuous integration, delivery, and test-driven development practices.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience in full stack development and modern software design techniques. Strong Java development background with experience in microservices and Spring Boot. Proficiency in React, Angular, or other front-end JavaScript frameworks. Experience with messaging systems (Kafka), Oracle, and cloud-native databases. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. Familiarity with application resiliency, security best practices, and test-driven development. What's in it for me?
