SR or Principal Payroll Absence & Time Tracking Consultant - Workday Success Plans at Workday. The Role involves helping customers maximize value from Workday by delivering a variety of services focused on post go-live success and Workday feature adoption. Responsibilities

Confidently and consistently provide excellent customer service Engage customers to quickly understand business requirements Share broad experience with industry practices Adapt and succeed independently in challenging situations Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and the benefits and risks of design decisions Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects Help customers become more self-sufficient, stabilize and optimize their Workday applications, and learn about new features Collaborate effectively in a highly collaborative team to maximize productivity Share expertise with customers on a variety of Ask-an-Expert requests, including: Research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements Clearly and effectively communicate responses and value to customers Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services that include: Feature Adoption Workshops (facilitate customer Workday feature roadmap discussions) Functional Review (Tenant Review with Consulting Services) Health Check (Tenant Review with Cross Functional Consulting Services) Additional services delivered by our consultants include: Collaboration Crews (facilitate group customer sharing discussions) Accelerator Webinars (creating and delivering customer presentations on Workday features) Feature Accelerator (one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption) Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews (reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities) Qualifications

Senior Functional Consultant - Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking

5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience 5+ years of experience in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME Principal Functional Consultant - Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking

7+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience 7+ years of experience in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking 5+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME Other Qualifications

Solid grasp of HR-related systems and processes; ability to understand Workday concepts and new feature releases in Core HCM, cross-application features Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM products and effectively deploy solutions Experience with influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders Ability to lead and influence design meetings toward collaborative outcomes Ability to deliver and achieve results while managing to a project plan Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with global implementations preferred Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously Strong critical thinking to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate decision making Bachelor’s degree or related experience Ability to travel up to 10% Workday Pay Transparency & Benefits

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Pay ranges vary by location. The role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commissions/bonuses, and annual stock grants as part of total compensation. Compensation offers depend on geography, experience, skills, duties, and business need. More information about Workday benefits is available during the hiring process. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta Primary Location Base Pay Range: $116,900 USD - $175,400 USD Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,100 USD - $197,300 USD Additional Considerations: Colorado pay range is $116,900 - $175,400 USD for CO-based roles.
