This role is responsible for coordinating guest hospitality services for our residents of the Springs. This position is a key role in creating a positive environment for the residents and their families. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of our Guest Relations Specialist: Welcomes and consistently checks in with all new guests/residents and family members. Provides orientation regarding services and amenities. Communicates feedback received from residents and their families to the appropriate Interdisciplinary Team members. Assists with tours. Coordinates guest hospitality services for residents. Responsible for room moves within the community.
