As a

Production Maintenance Technician , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our production equipment. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general process controls will help maintain optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and support daily production goals. This position is key to sustaining a safe work environment and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Pay:

Starting at

$27.00 per hour, with potential for a higher rate commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Shift Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime and flexible scheduling based on business needs. Key Responsibilities

Equipment Safety and Compliance

Ensure all equipment is functioning properly to maintain a safe working environment. Validate that safety controls are in place and operational for both staff and machinery. Monitor equipment regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Follow and enforce lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance activities. Promote and model safe work practices, providing guidance and training to team members. Preventative Maintenance and Spare Parts Management

Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain and update the preventative maintenance system in accordance with defined procedures. Ensure the system reflects current requirements and equipment changes. Conduct periodic inventories of spare parts and tools. Order and restock parts as needed to maintain inventory levels. Production Support

Respond promptly to equipment issues based on production priorities. Perform timely repairs and adjustments to support continuous production flow. Assist production teams when equipment is underperforming or malfunctioning. Complete line changeovers accurately and within designated timeframes. Continuous Improvement and Company Culture

Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
