Our Client, a Software company, is looking for a Sales Enablement I for their Indianapolis, IN location. Responsibilities:

Program measurement & reporting: Collaborate with program owners to design and implement solutions to track and measure the impact of product enablement programs. Interpret and share results with analytics specialists. Manage monthly and quarterly business review preparation. Design, implement, and analyze quarterly surveys to track product confidence as a key measure of enablement impact. Design and implement data-driven operating processes supporting decision-making and strategy. Respond to messages on Slack starting at 8am ET and verify daily appointments. Prioritize and schedule tasks efficiently, communicating effectively with managers. Participate in daily meetings with stakeholders to align on solutions for product enablement training impact measurement. Build surveys, analyze results, and track product confidence as needed. Manage the monthly business review by preparing relevant data to demonstrate organizational impact. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Trailhead, Field Readiness, Product Enablement, Marketing Operations, and local enablement partners. 1-2 years of Salesforce experience and understanding of operating rhythms, or 2-3 years in an operations role. Experience in enablement, sales or marketing operations, business analysis, data analysis, project management, or consulting roles. Strong understanding of Salesforce data and metadata architecture. Excellent communication and presentation skills at both business and technical levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills using data analytics and statistics. Technical skills required: Proficiency with Snowflake. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with Tableau and data visualization. Knowledge of sales, enablement, or marketing data definitions, metrics, and calculations (Salesforce/SaaS). Familiarity with CRM, Astro Course Tracker, sales operations data. Knowledge of Salesforce core products. Experience with Gen AI tools in a business context. Why Should You Apply?
