Title: Ultrasound TechnologistLocation: Watertown, NYDuration: 13 weeksShift: Rotating Shifts, 36 hours/weekJob Summary:The Ultrasound Technologist will perform diagnostic medical sonographic procedures including vascular and obstetric imaging. The role requires independent judgment, initiative, and a high degree of professionalism. Technologists must be proficient in general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, and demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.Required Experience & Skills: Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology or Medical Sonography Minimum of 1 year of radiologic/imaging experience Specific training and experience in Medical Sonography Proficiency with most major sonography equipment, including hardware and software Experience in vascular and obstetric imaging Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and work independently Professional maturity, integrity, and confidentiality Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing responsibilitiesCertifications & Licenses: Registered or registry-eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) Current BCLS certification Compliance with all required state and federal registries and licensesAdditional Notes: 60-mile radius rule applies
